3月份PMI指(zhi)數大(da)(da)幅回(hui)升(sheng)(sheng),且(qie)重回(hui)榮枯(ku)線(xian)之上;既有(you)季節性(xing)因(yin)素影響,也表明經(jing)濟回(hui)升(sheng)(sheng)向好(hao)態勢進一步明確。生產(chan)經(jing)營活(huo)動(dong)(dong)預期指(zhi)數提高(gao)1.4個百(bai)分(fen)點,表明企(qi)(qi)業信心(xin)有(you)所恢復,年初以(yi)來(lai)多項穩(wen)增長、提振(zhen)信心(xin)的(de)(de)政策效果開始顯(xian)現。需(xu)注(zhu)意出(chu)廠價格(ge)指(zhi)數的(de)(de)回(hui)落,聯(lian)系到反映(ying)需(xu)求(qiu)不(bu)足企(qi)(qi)業占比(bi)仍然(ran)超過60%,可以(yi)認為需(xu)求(qiu)不(bu)足的(de)(de)問題仍然(ran)突出(chu),宏觀經(jing)濟總量(liang)供(gong)大(da)(da)于(yu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)矛(mao)盾尚未(wei)解決。當前經(jing)濟全面回(hui)升(sheng)(sheng)正處(chu)逆水行舟、不(bu)進則退的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)時期,必須(xu)鼓足干勁、攻堅(jian)克難,全力(li)抓好(hao)各項政策任務落實,顯(xian)著提高(gao)政府投(tou)資的(de)(de)帶動(dong)(dong)和(he)放大(da)(da)效應,推動(dong)(dong)投(tou)資增速持續(xu)回(hui)升(sheng)(sheng),消費需(xu)求(qiu)進一步回(hui)暖,持續(xu)鞏固經(jing)濟回(hui)升(sheng)(sheng)向好(hao)基礎。
